Food trucks have come a long way in the last decade and are now seen as a go to option for many couples. One of the best things about having a food truck cater for your event is that they can often accommodate any requests you may have whether it be a dietary options or even offering a fully customised menu, remember a food truck is a kitchen on wheels but it is of course, limited to what cooking equipment they have on board. Things to Consider When Choosing Food Trucks

Before choosing your food truck, make sure to check they have all the relevant licensing and insurances required before you make any deposit with them. Some venues don't have sufficient access for food trucks to enter. The usual culprits are steep hills, gravel driveways and low hanging trees or branches. Its always best to check beforehand. Most food trucks these days have generators they can use if there is no direct access to mains power on site, just remember you will need to have sufficient power leads so that you can place the generator away from your ceremony/reception as some can be quite noisy!
