How far in advance should you hire a food truck?

Food trucks operate on tight schedules. Most are small businesses with limited staff and a single vehicle, meaning they can only commit to one event per time slot. Once a date is booked, it is no longer available. Booking early allows you to secure your preferred menu, lock in your event date and time, allow enough time for council permits and approvals, coordinate power, space, and access requirements.
